Our Story
“Tomacado” is the combination of "Tomato" and "Avocado." The encounter between the unsaturated fatty acids found in avocados and the anticancer lycopene present in tomatoes allows them to have a fourfold impact compared to their individual nutritive value. Tomato and avocado, the combination of health and deliciousness, create a perfect synergy.
「Tomacado」源自「Tomato」（番茄）與「Avocado」（牛油果）兩個字的結合。當牛油果的不飽和脂肪酸遇上番茄的茄紅素，營養價值相得益彰、躍升四倍。番茄與牛油果，健康與美味的完美結合——這正是花廚的品牌起點。
Our Signature
Tomacado's signature dishes infuse floral aesthetics into every creation. The herb-roasted chicken, marinated with fragrant herbs, is crispy on the outside and tender within; the signature steak features premium beef cooked to perfection; the honey-roasted pumpkin salad is fresh and appetising — a favourite among vegetarian guests. Every dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate.
